As one of our many Property Sales Agents, you would contribute to the success of our organization by utilising your sales expertise

This position:

• Holds possibilities of a R15 – 25+k earning potential
• is well suited for the more mature who envisions a prospective sale in each call

Key requirements / Must have’s

• 3+ years selling exp
• A keen interest in following up on leads
• Strong exp in selling Timeshare / Properties (Resales)
• Sound relationship building abilities
• Skilled to follow up on referrals and leads
• Maintain a Real Estate accreditation (property practitioners accreditation)
  • However, accreditation is not required on appointment
• Literate in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook

Soft skills

• Must have a passion for sales
• Must hold sound telephone skills
• Must have a strong ability to be motivational
• Must speak a professional English
• Beneficial to have experience in CRM systems
• Must be well presented

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric + Real Estate accreditation
