SUMMARY:
Our client in the Property Investment sector has an opportunity available for a Property Inspector to be based in the Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric
Maintenance/ Home inspection certificate or similar
General handyman skills
3-5 years experience
Reliable transport
Communications skills

KPAs:

Arrange a suitable time and date for the inspections in Pretoria always working 1 to 2 weeks in advance
Doing the comparison report on red rabbit and advising the owner and tenant as to who is liable for what
Reaching a target of 80 inspections per month = 4 per day
Assisting with entry, exit and viewings when/if required
Delivering summons’ on request of Portfolio office
Assisting with maintenance on site when required
Assisting with buying of material when/if required
Checking on maintenance work once completed if requested
