POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose and Objective:

• Liaise with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner and to maximise the selling value.
• Handle enquiries about properties from potential buyers.
• Value properties.
• Produce reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material.
• Travel to properties and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate the sale or letting of properties.
• Administer and secure the disposal and acquisition of property and ensure that it is completed legally.
