Property Consultant - Durbanville, Cape Town – Basic + Commission

You will be equipped with the stock and the clients; all you need is your sales pitch!

Some of the duties include:

-      Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers and investors

-      Sell investment property to first time investors

-      Sell exclusive new developments

-      Call incoming leads and schedule consultations with clients

-      Arrange and facilitate show house viewings

Requirements:

-      Relevant Diploma / Degree (financial qualification will be advantageous)

-      NQF 4 in Real Estate

-      EAAB / Fidelity Fund Certificate

-      A minimum of 2 years of property sales experience preferably in the new developments

Additional Requirements:

-      Consulting with clients

-      Experience in selling residential property

-      Sectional title

-      Experience with property contracts

-      Knowledge of the property sales process

-      Understanding investments

-      Dealing with high net-worth clients

-      Sales skills and closing the deals

-      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-      Confident and assertive

-      Computer literate including Excel skills

-      Well-presented and neat

-      Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

-      Own transport

-      Excellent telephone etiquette

-      A positive can-do attitude

-      Ability to work under pressure

-      Trust entity and company structures

-      Property financing

-      Property registration

-      Tax
