POSITION INFO:
Role Overview: As a CLO/PRO, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Conveyancing department by liaising with Estate Agents throughout the conveyancing process and actively engaging in new business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Conveyancing department to facilitate smooth transactions.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with Estate Agents to ensure seamless cooperation.
Drive new business development efforts to expand our client base and enhance revenue streams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer, preferably within the legal or property sector.
Full bilingual proficiency.
Access to own transportation and a valid driver's license.

Additional Information: This role entails significant fieldwork, with the majority of your time spent visiting Estate Agents to foster relationships and provide support with conveyancing matters.
