Property Caretaker / Manager

SUMMARY:
Position available for a Property Caretaker in Berea to oversee 3 buildings. and be in charge of the overall care taking of the buildings.

POSITION INFO:

Duties include:

1. Debt Collecting
2. Collect rent from 3 buildings
3. In & Out inspections of units
4. Checking on cleaners
5. Sign contracts for new tenants
6. Inspect and check on Buildings/General
7. Inspect all units once/twice a year
8. Check legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year
9. General survey with tenants yearly
10. Show units to prospective tenants
11. Complete application forms and forward to Head Office
12. Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants
13. Customer service

Requirements:

• No criminal record
• Clean credit record
• Valid and unendorsed drivers licence
• Able to stay onsite in a provided unit
