R25000 CTC to R30 000 CTC per month

SUMMARY:
My client a property investment, company that owns and manages a number of apartment buildings and shopping centres in the Gauteng and Mpumalanga areas is looking for a Personal Assistant / Property Administrator with finance experience.

POSITION INFO:

This position is specific to industry experience and if you do not have experience working within the property industry, please do not apply.

-Must have property management experience

- Must have Financial management experience

-Portfolio experience

-Must have worked in the property field

- Ability to liase/ negotiate with tenants

- Must understand leasing

DUTIES

Ensure laundry company delivers fresh linen on time

Ensure that all appliances and tv works properly before tenant moves In

Prepare a snag list

Communicate with agents about vacant apartments

Update occupancy on booking.com

Deal with student accommodation portfolios, as follows:

-driving to Nelspruit with manager to oversee a development progress report

-follow up on payment

(this project has an onsite property manager so most tasks will be minor)

With regards to the Shopping Centre:

-might be required to check on financial books

-assist with invoicing

-allocate payments
