A national, fast growing hospitality and housing company seeks an experienced and eager to learn Property Accountant to join their dynamic and family-orientated finance team based in Potchefstroom, North West.

A national, fast growing hospitality and housing company seeks an experienced and eager to learn Property Accountant to join their dynamic and family-orientated finance team based in Potchefstroom, North West.

In this role you will be responsible for the full finance function of the North West site.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Preparation of monthly rent roll

Posted charges and payments

Bank, petty cash and accounts reconciliations

Collections and debtors ageing

Liaising with suppliers and supplier recons

Accruals and journals

Preparation of monthly audit files

Education:

BCom degree in finance or accounting

Skills & Experience:

3 to 4 years'' experience in the property or hospitality industry

Own car and valid drivers license is essential

Strong computer literacy

Eagerness to learn and grow

Short initial ramp up period

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Someone who are prepared to work extended hours when need be
