Qualifications / Requirements:

Degree in Accounting
Experience within Manufacturing/Engineering environment
Experience / exposure to Financial Controlling in a factory environment
Strong integrity and work ethic
Top communication and leadership skills

Key Performance Areas:

Maintain financial controls and procedures
Ability to manage and lead Financial team
Handling of projects and project costings
Collect and collate financial information and data to generate reports
Participate and ensure compliance in cashflow forecasts, setting up of budgets and cost control
Assist in managing CAPEX and inventories
Update ERP System (inventory cost and adjustments)
Ensure reliability of standard costing
Travel to various sites from time to time
