Requirements
- Matric
- A short course or certification in Programme or Project Administration
- 5 - 8 years experience in Programme/Project Administration
- Computer literacy especially in the MS Office Products and advanced knowledge of MS Project
- High level of written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across programme projects.
- Compile and maintain essential project documentation, including project charters, business cases, project plans, and change requests in line with PMO standards.
- Collate, manage, and distribute project reports and updates to ensure stakeholders are consistently informed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to support clear communication and alignment.
- Update and monitor project schedules, flagging deviations and supporting planning adjustments as needed.
- Maintain an organised project repository, ensuring information is accessible and audit-ready.
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, capture minutes, and ensure follow-up of agreed actions.
- Maintain logs for lessons learned, risks, issues, and actions to support proactive project management.
- Support ongoing project activity in the absence of the Project Manager to ensure continuity.
- Assist with financial tracking including invoice processing, liaising with vendors, and coordinating with IT finance teams.
- Support resource allocation and onboarding processes as required.
