The company:
I am working with a leading Analytics company in Edinburgh and Glasgow (based from either) who are looking for a Software PM to help further implement and develop their cloud computing and machine learning capabilities. They operate within the healthcare industry and have boomed since Covid, due to the work they do. The company have been running for around 10 years now and have roughly 60 staff members, across the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices. They are hiring people purely based on growth and this has come off the successes of their core product.
The role:
You will be working with client''s from early stages of implementation of the software product, from pilot through to deployment. This will include managing the client and their expectations, as well as the general relationship. You will be working across a modern and agile environment alongside multiple teams (Product, Delivery, Software Engineers, Data Scientists etc) as well as the customers, in order to help to improve both the product and how it is best implemented. You will produce detailed product plans including areas such as revenue and costs, monitoring progress.
This is very much a client facing role, so growing that relationship and striving to improve the implementation process is paramount. You will identify and properly manage any risks and issues and, along with the support teams, ensure an excellent service to the customers.
What''s required:
** An experienced Project Manager, with a background in software/data delivery
** Strong skills in relationship management which focus on project delivery and building strong relationships
** Strong Agile delivery experience
** Experience of implementing a software or data product, as a Project Manager
** Comfortable interpreting requirements, defining and articulating proposed solutions as well as delivering presentations to clients
** Cloud experience (desirable)
** Data Science software methods (desirable)
