Our client, a leader in training, development and placement, seeks to employ a well experienced Project Manager, who has a solid track record in the Recruitment sector. Â

The core focus of this role is to support the Head of Department with building a robust recruitment and placement department, with a strong focus on processes and reporting to ensure the maximum placements. Â

You must have a solid and proven track record in managing a recruitment division, as well as designing systems and procedures and be able to provide a record of your successful placement ratio.

Key requirements to be considered:

• You will have completed a Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification, have 5- 7 years experience in recruitment management, with preference to those from a TES environment. Â
• You will have experience in project management, being a natural leader, you will have successfully achieved results and built solid relationships with clients.
• In addition, you will be able to further develop successful business and follow up on leads to tender
• You will be fluent in English and Afrikaans, be an effective communicator and relationship builder
• Your own reliable vehicle, a valid driver''s license, clear criminal and credit record and ability to travel in Gauteng, will be essential
