SUMMARY:
Project Manager (Multiple Projects)

POSITION INFO:

Matric
Qualifications as a project manager
3 to 4 years’ experience as a project manager

DUTIES (Not limited to)

Meeting on a regular basis with project teams of each project to ensure that all objectives, timeframes, etc. are being met and if any issues arise to report it to management
Bring all projects within the business units to management to set priorities or get priorities set according to executives’ requirements
Provide weekly reporting to management on all projects within each business unit
Create and ensure all documentation is signed off at each milestone and project completion
Should have good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to efficiently lead, delegate and motivate subordinates.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills and the ability to network with Clients, suppliers, and staff
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project management Software
Experienced in working in an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems environment
Experienced in working in an Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, environment
