Job Description
Our Client is seeking for the Project Manager that will be iresponsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role ensures that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards and meet the strategic objectives of the organisation. The Project Manager coordinates internal resources and third parties or consultants to deliver projects while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, financials, milestones, and key performance indicators, providing clear visibility to sponsors and senior leadership.
- Drive successful business outcomes by ensuring solutions are delivered on time, adopted by stakeholders, and aligned with strategic and operational objectives
Required Qualifications
- PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum certification.
- or equivalent.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 10-15 years project/programme management experience, with 5+ years in banking/financial services
- Experience managing large-scale banking transformation initiatives.
