Job Position: Project Manager – Draftsman

Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R16 000 to R20 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification

Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, work after hours without overtime + standby available on mobile device

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Proven Project management experience
  • Construction – Site Manager experience
  • Drafting and reading of floorplans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Track record of project management and progress
  • Own transport and valid drivers license
  • Strong work ethic and can work well under pressure with excellent time management skills

Key Performance Areas:

  • Management of current and new jobs
  • Ensure projects stay on the stipulated timelines and meet the deadlines set out and within the cost parameters
  • Management of contractors / subcontractors on site
  • Travelling will be required from time to time
