Project Engineer

Our client, a leading supplier of liquid filling solutions, seeks to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Project Engineer. Based in PAARL.

For the position you would be required to have:

• Minimum of a National Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Project Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Project, 2D/ 3D CAD

• Ability to travel

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Perform system design and control implementation of designs, under the leadership of the Project Manager.
• Provide technical leadership with regards to solutions offered, so that projects are completed to specific standards and criteria, within cost and to the required schedule.
• Confirm technical feasibility of mechanical solutions as offered to customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team, operations department, sales department and clients.
• Become and stay knowledgeable on products, components and technology applicable to the company's product range.
