POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator (Fixed Term) to administrate and coordinate renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and project agreements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Liaise with teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
Support procurement management in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Use project management tools to track work hours, plans, and costs.
Issue legal paperwork such as contracts and agreements.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, environmental standards, and industry regulations.

Key Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Familiarity with risk management and quality control processes.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery, is advantageous.
South African citizenship preferred.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Qualifications

Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement).
BA in Business Administration or a related qualification (preferred).
