THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:

Manage the site in terms of Stakeholders (Client, Employees and Suppliers). Ensure that the site is running efficiently, and the On-site Consultant is representing the brand in the best possible manner.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

Grade 12 with Excellent English Reading and Writing Skills

HR Related Qualification will be an added advantage

Analytical Skills

Knowledge of the Labour Legislation

Management or supervision of people

IR Training will be an added advantage.

Recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Planning and execution of project plan in line with the set standard

Knowledge of the MEIBC and a thorough understanding of the client needs

Handle all IR issues on site

Manage temps to effective performance

Handle all injury on duty and ensure compliance to COIDA

Accurate and timely delivery of Monthly and Weekly reports

Attend to all client queries

Up to date and accurate time sheets with no queries from Clients and Temps

Accurate and up to date record keeping of all activities and incidences in line with set project standards
