Project Co-ordinator – Parklands –  Cape Town

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric and preferably an additional qualification and/or experience in Administration / Operations / Facilities Management.
  • Computer literate and competent with all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team and self-driven.

 

Job description:

  • Project co-ordination for a national hand sanitizer installation roll out for a minimum period of 2 to 3 months.
  • Daily planning and monitoring of seven regional installation teams.
  • Feedback on the daily installations completed and comparison to timelines and targets.
  • Compiling and communicating progress reports to Client on a weekly basis.
  • Monitoring the usage and replenishment requirements of the hand sanitizer.
  • Responding to call outs and scheduling ad hoc services when requested by the Client.
  • Budget and expense reconciliation of the above mentioned.
  • Assist with logistics and storage planning for the above mentioned.
