Job Description
- Manage multiple furniture and lighting orders from start to finish.
- Work with suppliers to find the best local and international products.
- Get pricing quotes and send out daily purchase orders.
- Track deliveries to make sure everything arrives exactly on time.
- Keep project paperwork and budget spreadsheets updated.
- Communicate clearly with the team, suppliers, and happy clients.
What You Need to Apply- At least 3 years of experience in project/interior coordination or buying.
- Good computer skills, especially using Microsoft Excel.
- A positive attitude and a great eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well with different suppliers and team members.
