SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Project Architect Specialist to oversee the design and construction of our sites, buildings and residential building projects. Someone who will be meeting with our clients and stakeholders, to discuss, oversee, give guidance and negotiate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Architect Specialist Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients and stakeholders to discuss construction designs.
Drafting building plans for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
Negotiating and preparing of budgets, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.
Be intermediary between the client and the construction team.
Overseeing and giving guidelines in building contractors and construction crews.
Visiting sites regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations.
Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
Generating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
Be in control of final inspection after the project is complete.

Project Architect Specialist Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or relevant qualifications.
Have 5+ years’ experience as a Project Architect Specialist.
Have state architecture certification/s.
Compulsory to have proven portfolio of completed projects.
Exceptional knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Excellent communication and reporting skills (Internal and External).
Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs.
Advanced project-management skills.
Ability to coordinate and guide with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
Excellent knowledge of construction costs and time frames.
Have exceptional negotiation skills.
