SUMMARY:
Our client, an IT company offering ERP and other IT solutions, requires the services of an energetic and intelligent Project Administrator.

POSITION INFO:

The role will include responsibilities such as:

Project administration, reconciliation of timesheets against projects and support,
Prepare project forecasts, actuals and billing.
Generating project reports, managing KPI''s and escalations,
Client interaction when necessary,
Assisting the accountant with the invoicing process (Debtors & Creditors),
Assisting the accountant prepare financial accounts,

The skills required are:

Strong Microsoft Excel,
Analytical and logical thinker,
Clear communicator,
Strong organisational skills.

The minimum education requirement is:

B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent.

Experience

2 – 5 years

Salary will be negotiable based on qualifications, skills and experience.
