SUMMARY:
Project Admin

POSITION INFO:

A position has become available in the  Projects Department for an Administrator.

Previous experience working in a Project or Turnkey Industrial Sales Environment will be beneficial.

Candidate must have strong administration (Excel) skills and excellent customer communication skills.

Previous Microsoft Projects experience /  skills will be hugely beneficial.

 

Job Description:

  1. Assisting Project Manager with all administration relating to a Project
  2. Liasing with the Procurement department wrt to component ordering and ready dates
  3. Compiling project timelines (Gant Charts).
  4. Communicating with customers and Sasco Installation Teams and Sasco Health and Safety Officer.
  5. Opening of Project on SAGE 300, capturing of BOMS, invoicing
  6. Preparation of all documentation required for export purposes
  7. Completion of project costing sheet

 

 

Skills:

  1. Must be able to work under stress
  2. Must be solution focused and have “get up and go, can do attitude”.
  3. Very structured and excellent administration skills
  4. Communication / People Skills very important
  5. Microsoft Projects knowledge will be beneficial
  6. Must be English speaking
  7. 2nd Language such Portuguese or French  beneficial (not compulsory)
  8. When necessary, overtime work will be required.
  9. Own transport a must
