Qualifications:

Complete BCom Accounting
Studying towards CIMA

Skills:

Excel Advanced – non negotiable

Job description:

Cost control
Check all costs against the allowable of contracts and any other costs outside of contracts to be investigated and approved by the directors.
Control the wages costs with the labour brokers time sheets, calculations of hours worked, overtime, leave pay provisions etc.
Oversee procurement and logistics
Asset and stock control checks on site
Supplier invoice cost control
Ensure all costs are recovered monthly
Load all payments on bank once approved by site / senior management
Liaise with all site managers and project managers on performance of each project to effectively manage costs and profitability
Project reporting monthly to senior management
