SUMMARY:
We are seeking a young, dynamic and experienced Program/Projects Manager to take full accountability for the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value client projects. In this strategic role, you will manage a team of Project Managers and ensure each program is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
ð¹ Project Management & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects
- Ensure all projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks (budget, scope creep, deadlines)
- Monitor the project roadmap and ensure efficient workflow and reporting

Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project professionals
- Allocate tasks, set clear objectives, and ensure high performance
- Foster a collaborative, value-driven culture aligned with company values

Project Governance & Methodology- Develop and maintain project systems, tools, templates, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and integrate AI to enhance PM efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management- Act as primary liaison for key clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication
- Lead regular status meetings, reporting, and performance reviews
- Drive client satisfaction and identify opportunities for organic growth

Resource & Financial Management- Plan and oversee project resources across the portfolio
- Support vendor engagement and contracting when needed
- Work with finance to ensure accurate budget tracking and profitability
- Provide weekly status reports and ensure complete project documentation
Requirementsâ
Qualifications- Degree/Diploma in Project Management or equivalent (essential)
- PMI, PMP, or similar certification (preferred)

Experience- 10+ years in project/program management (market research industry preferred)
- 3–5 years managing complex, multi-project portfolios
- 2+ years leading a team of Project Coordinators or Managers
