SUMMARY:
Provide an accurate costing estimate for proposals ●Project budgets in organisation project manage

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects and in many (most) cases on going operations which are directed toward a common objective                          

Formal Education                            

●             Master of Science, Master of Business Administration or equivalent         

●             Course in Programme Management       

Experience                        

●             8 -11 years experience in project management and/or programme management               

Technical/Legal Certification                      

●             Programme Management Professional (PgMP®)

Responsibilities                

Financial Perspective                    

                Budgeting          

●             Provide an accurate costing estimate for proposals          

●             Project budgets in organisation project management system      

●             Control project change requests that impact project budget, scope and time -request for change (RFC)    

                Account development  

●             Proactively grow or farm the account/ project for additional business/opportunities        

                Invoicing             

●             Project invoicing using project management system and billing sign off form        

●             Invoicing schedule sent to operations area           

●             Ensure sign off from clients when invoice delivered         

Customer Perspective                  

                Project management principles

●             Compile and negotiate project charter   

●             Compilation and weekly submission of project status reports and minutes approved by client      

●             All client requirements are documented and included in the necessary documentation, ensuring change management within projects     

●             Manage and maintain all client asset management facets             

●             Adhere to agreed internal and client change management rules

●             Handover for operationalisation to relevant area              

●             Post implementation review completed
