SUMMARY:
Im on the lookout for a Programme Lead

POSITION INFO:
A Programme Lead will develop and lead a high performing, multi-disciplinary team. They’ll play a key role in fulfilling the vision of the Data Driven Insights Programme, and driving the implementation of products and setting standards for the team to follow. Manage delivery in accordance with agreed processes, procedures, governance and strategy, within scope, quality, budgetary and time targets. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

3 year degree in IT; Informatics or related.
6+ years’ experience in an IT project management role.
Project Management certification.
Experience in Agile delivery approach – SAFE or Scrum.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Change Management certification or designation advantageous.
