SUMMARY:
Looking for an experienced Programmes coordinator

POSITION INFO:

A client of ours a well-established NGO based in Cape Town is looking for an experienced programme coordinator to join their team.

Duties are not limited to:

• Planning and conceptualising new programmes
• Implementing the progression programme
• build database of external partners, opportunities, university applications, and deadlines
• Ensure all volunteers are supported
• Volunteer/intern recruitment, training, and support
• Develop recruitment strategy and oversee
• Prepare and facilitate self-development modules
• Compile and prepare self-development material for sessions
• Stakeholder management
• Administration
• HR and Management 
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Communication and Marketing

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Social Sciences, Education or Psychology 
• 2+ years management experience
• 2+ years Programme Development and Facilitation/Training experience
• Youth Development experience
• Reliable car and Valid Drivers Licence
