SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

•  Meet with programme manager’s to build a comprehensive checklist for the programme
• Manage end-to-end application administration process together with programme manager, including formal registration process and student communication
• Attend to all stakeholder enquiries regarding the programme, including communication to faculty, clients and service providers; follow up when necessary
• Handle administration around the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process,
• Ensure that all delegate invoices are distributed and follow up on payments when necessary
• Ensure that all POs are received and raised on financial system
• Capture and file all delegate records timeously and accurately onto relevant systems
• Follow agreed system and audit processes
• Handle ad hoc administration queries throughout the programme
• Prepare programme logistics arrangements including printing and compiling course packs, venue and travel bookings etc. (refer to checklist)
• Conduct own correspondence and at times draft correspondence on behalf of the programme manager as per request and in line with templates
• Capture evaluation forms (verbatim) as appropriate and consolidate before sending to programme manager.
