A national retail conglomerate seeks an experienced and innovative Profitability Analyst to join one of their subsidiaries specializing in financial services. This role will be based in Johannesburg North.

The purpose of this role will be to effectively develop and implement profitability models to enable competitive advantage for the business.

Duties include but not limited to design profitability models to enable FS strategy, implement, monitor and validate effectiveness of profitability models, conduct profitability analysis and reporting and dealing with customers.

Education:

BCom / BSc Honours in Risk Management or Finance

Skills & Experience:

2 to 3 years'' experience in Credit Risk Management or Financial Services experience is essential

Profitability analysis experience is essential

Building of profitability analysis models is essential

Strong computer literacy

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Someone who are prepared to work extended hours when need be
