Professional Nurse - Trauma (post-basic trained)

SUMMARY:

A private hospital in Kwazulu Natal (north coast) is currently recruiting for a Trauma trained nurse that is dedicated and has the ability to remain calm under stressful situations.

 

POSITION INFO:

Applicants must be able to perform CPR and intubation. Assess patients and provide triage, prepare patients for emergency operations.  

Requirements & skills: 

Nursing Diploma with Midwifery or Degree
SANC registered
Post basic, 1 year Trauma Diploma (required)
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in Trauma/Emergency unit
Ability to work both day and night shift
Excellent communication skills
Detail orientated
High energy levels
