SUMMARY:
A multi-disciplinary hospital with neuro/orthopedic specialty units requires a professional ICU trained nurse to join their team of medical professionals.

POSITION INFO:

The applicant will be responsible for accurately assess the patient, plan, execute and implement the patient care plan. Applicants must have the capacity to work well in a team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.                                                                   

 

Requirements: Qualification & Nursing exp: 

Nursing Diploma or Degree

Post basic Critical Care Nursing science qualification (essential)

Registered with SANC

min of 3 yrs adult ICU nursing experience within a multi-disciplinary hospital

Ventilator competent

Extensive knowledge of modern nursing care principles in critical care 

Skills:

Patient assessment skills

Compassionate attitude

Excellent communication skills

Analytical thinker
