SUMMARY:
Become the Mechanical Head of Building Services and work closely with the Director to become a marker leader in the industry. You will be working with high end clients designing and assisting running HVAC projects in South Africa, Africa and Middle East.

POSITION INFO:

Sign off on HVAC projects

Design and run all HVAC projects

Do Bill of quantities

Attend client meetings and build client relationships

Weekly site inspections

Manage the project costs & sub-contractors

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 - 8 years'' experience

Communication skills to build relationships with clients

Team Player

HVAC Design experience is compulsory

Data Center experience will be advantageous

Qualification:

PREng / PRTech is compulsory

BEng / BTech / BSc is advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
