SUMMARY:
Our client, a financial statutory body, has an opportunity available for a Professional Manager: Education and Transformation to be based in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Accounting professional designation (for example, CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, SAIPA)
Project Management competencies
Professional body experience
Education background / experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent people skills

KPAs:

To manage and take responsibility for the following:
Ã¯Â‚Â· Accreditation of Professional Bodies;
Ã¯Â‚Â· Monitoring of Accredited Professional Bodies;
Ã¯Â‚Â· Management of the implementation of the IRBA’s transformation strategy;
Ã¯Â‚Â· Conduct/co-ordinate research that relates to education and transformation;
Ã¯Â‚Â· Manage strategic projects for education, training and professional development;
Ã¯Â‚Â· Manage relevant stakeholder relationships including MOUs;
Accredit Professional Bodies that meet the requirements of the Accreditation Model
Ensure that Accredited Professional Bodies continue to meet the requirements of the Accreditation Model
Keep abreast with trends in education, training and professional development
Position ET strategically internally and externally
