A reputable organsition seeks a Professional Manager CA(SA) to join their Education and Training department!

POSITION INFO:
POSITION : PROFESSIONAL MANAGER (CA) SA
AREA : EAST RAND , GAUTENG
SALARY : MARKET RELATED

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST be a qualified CA(SA)- with an active membership with SAICA
Minimum 5 years working experience'' post SAICA registration
Project Management competencies required
Exposure to Professional Bodies will be preferred
Education background / experience
Strong management and leadership competencies
Excellent planning and organizing competencies

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage and take responsibility for the following:

Accreditation of Company''s;
Monitoring of Accredited Company''s;
Management of the implementation of the Company’s transformation strategy;
Conduct/co-ordinate research that relates to education and transformation;
Manage strategic projects for education, training and professional development;
Manage relevant stakeholder relationships
Assist with the administrative functions that relate to Education and Training.

In order to:

Accredit Company''s to meet the requirements of the Accreditation Model;
Ensure that Accredited Company''s continue to meet the requirements of the Accreditation Model;
Drive transformation initiatives for the organisation.
Keep abreast with trends in education, training and professional development.
Position Education & Traning strategically internally and externally.
