A growing accounting firm is looking for a hands-on Professional Accountant / Financial Manager to take ownership of the full finance function across multiple property-related entities and clients.

POSITION INFO:
Key Focus Areas
- Full accounting function and financial management
- Monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Financial statements and audit processes
- Cash flow, invoicing, debtors, and creditors
- SARS compliance and statutory submissions
- Team leadership and process improvement
What We’re Looking For
- BCom Degree + professional registration (SAIPA / SAICA / ACCA / CIMA or similar)
- 3+ years’ relevant experience
- Experience in property / sectional title / HOA environment advantageous
- Strong Excel and accounting systems experience (Pastel beneficial)
- A proactive, detail-driven individual with leadership capability
