• Matric
• BSc Mining Engineering
• Qualified Coal Miner

Requirements

• 5 Years in coal mining industry underground room and pillar
• Excellent electrical, mechanical and electronics knowledge
• MS Office, MS Teams
• Business expertise, cost vs selling, profitable product
• Strong leadership skills and being in charge of the product

Duties

• Identifies best mining practices
• Provided feedback on best operator practices
• Identify opportunities for improvement in mining practices
• Analysis of reports
• Provide Training on Productivity Optimisation system reports
• Analysis of Productivity Optimisation reports to ensure integrity of information
• Underground time studies.
• Link between section personal and management
