Production System Administrator - Killarney Gardens - Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide an effective administration support to Production and capture and maintain data and information (ERP) for the Production facilty.

PREFERRED AND MINUMUM QUALIFICATION

National Diploma in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering

PREFERRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Full competence is typically developed over a 2 years in a production Administration
System support role in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge

Of raw materials & production processes
Quality control
Costs, and various stages throughout the operation Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems procedures
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services In-depth understanding of the principles of a ERP system, capacity & efficiency studies

Skills

Systems Evaluation — Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
