Production Supervisor

SUMMARY:
A production company based in cape Town is looking for a vibrant and charismatic Production Supervisor to join their team of hardworking manufacturers. If you are sufficiently experienced in the FMCG industry and would like to further your experience, please apply!

POSITION INFO:

Monitoring and assessing product development

Making improvements to existing processes

Knowledge of production processing

Knowledge of practical application of fruit processing

Maximizing effective manufacture of food products

Knowledge of HAACP standards

Knowledge of ISO Standards

Knowledge of general manufacturing practices

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 Years Leadership experience in (Dairy or Fruit processing)

Ability to write/draft SOP (Standard Operation Procedures)

Practical application of fruit Processing and Technology

Production and processing of raw materials

Maximizing effective manufacturing practices

Qualification:

N3 and National Certificate in Food Processing OR

Diploma in Production Management

Leadership and Management Training (Essential)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
