SUMMARY:
Medical Manufacturer based in Phoenix Industrial park is seeking a production supervisor.

POSITION INFO:

Manage staff compliment of +/- 60 employees
Ability to work well under pressure
Good communication skills (Written/Verbal)
Be able to ensure score targets are met hourly/daily while maintaining good quality of finished product.
Ensure proper usage of all raw materials that have been issued for production
Excellent planning and time management skills
Liaise and report directly to GM
Previous production experience within the textile industry is an advantage
