POSITION INFO:

Our Client in an Opencast Mining Industry is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in Ogies.

For this position you must have the following Qualifications:

• Gr 12 or N3
• Strata Control 2
• Competent A Certificate
• Surface / Opencast Blasting Certificate
• Highwall Hazard Identification Training Completed
• 5 Years'' Truck and Shovel Opencast Coal Mining Experience
• Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Training (HIRAC)

You will be responsible for:

• Manage all Production related matters on shift, to achieve Production and Safety Targets with the best levels of efficiency and effectiveness, abiding by all the procedures and standards set within the company.
• Monitor tempos, tonnage, fill factor and coordinate and control cycle times to ensure conformance to planned production schedule.
• Coordinate Mining Equipment and personnel activities (Take general charge of the overall Mining Operation)
• Coordinate Mining functions and maintenance personnel involvement.
• Monitor Mining Production processes and events during shifts.

Permanent Position

Salary to offer R43 000 CTC, Highly negotiable depending on experience
