SUMMARY:
Overseas production department operations and staffing to meet deadlines

POSITION INFO:

Manufacturing diploma equivelant to NQF 5

8 years experience in injection moulding/extrusion plastic moulding environment

Understanding of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) Lean Manufacturing

Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO 14001

Strong MS Office

Oversee the production department operations and staffing to reach production deadlines with production plans and in compliance with company and IATF 16949 sysstems, policies and procedures

Responsible to adjust schedules, maintain equipment, and improve productio flow

Train and oversee staff in line with specific key-work criteria including savety and regulatory compliance in line with ISO 14001 HSE regulations

Track, analyze, forecast processes

Overall maintenance of shopfloor discipline and housekeeping, also responsible for preparing and monitoring of production KPI''''''''s and efficiencies
