Production Shift Manager

POSITION INFO:

Production Shift Manager.  R25 000 CTC.  East London.  Chemical Degree/B Tech.  Previous production management experience in a chemical environment.  Previous Lean manufacturing exp.  Able to organise and control operations to meet production schedules and standards. Problem solver with ability to lead team and train junior staff.  Able to work rotating shifts. Good communication skills with strong technical and continuous processes experience.
