SUMMARY:
A dynamic company based in the East Rand, is looking to employ a Production Planner with 5 yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience in a similar role from a Manufacturing Industry.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Matric, some formal training/education preferable

5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industry

Extensive experience on MS Office and Navision ERP SYSTEM) or similar e.g. Syspro

Advanced Excel Skills

Undertake all aspects of Production Planning including:

Raw Material: Plain; Spheroidised; Pickle & Phosphated, Machinery, Personnel, Taps and Other Tooling

Issue Works Orders, maintain schedule in Excel and Navision

Plan, Priorities & Process raw material purchase orders, including receipts and issues to and from Sub-contractors

Record production per machine daily

Book stock into the Warehouse from the Factory after issuing Raw Material, ensuring correct cast/coil numbers

Plan, prioritize & Process heat treatment purchase orders, including receipts and issues to and from sub-contractors with Daily Planner

Co-ordinate deliveries and collections with the sub-contractors and suppliers with Daily Planner

Ensure that delivery dates from factory, sub-contractors and suppliers are up to date on NAV, with daily planner.

Collect, Capture and Formulate data from FOR-045 Daily Machine Operating Record into KPI 07

OEE Production monthly
