A well renowned manufacturing company based in Durban currently seeks a hands-on Production Manger to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:

Production Manager is the ultimate presence on the factory floor, having an active interest and desire to implement and drive the operational strategy as agreed with the Operations Manager

Uphold the operating standards in the plant to achieve manufacturing excellence objectives while ensuring zero injury or harm to employees and the environment

Their undertaking is to achieve production and volume targets that fulfil the customer and commercial team''s requirements within the required specifications

Ensure that the plant is running smoothly, swiftly, efficiently, and safely drive the plant''s long-term success by creating and implementing plans that align with the corporate strategy

Motivate the workforce through visibility and direct contact to ensure maximum safety and productivity while fostering an environment that develops, trains and coach''s production personnel for future needs within the organization
