My Client in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Production Manager to join their team

Duties / Responsibilities:

Production manager role, managing both team and workflow.
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Improve KPI''s - reactive and proactive, with the ability to problem solve.
Meeting specifications and deadlines
Ensure efficient collaboration & communication between relevant departments
Identifying and implementing Production process improvements.
Leading the team - management and communication.
Deploy a culture of excellence through employee engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma Production/engineering/Industrial
Proven experience managing production / quality management environment.
Background within Automotive/metal component manufacturing desirable.
Strong decision-making skills.
Experience within engineering.
Proactive with an eye for problem solving and continuous improvement.

Management/Leadership experience
