SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Production Manager for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Matric with Diploma in Production / Engineering / Industrial
Proven experience managing production / quality management environment, automotive / metal component manufacturing desirable.
Experience within engineering.
Management/Leadership experience.

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing both team and workflow, planning and organizing production schedules.
Improve KPI''s - reactive and proactive, with the ability to problem solve.
Meeting specifications and deadlines
Ensure efficient collaboration & communication between relevant departments
Identifying and implementing Production process improvements.
Leading the team - management and communication.
Deploy a culture of excellence through employee engagement.

Salary: R-----.00 per annum CTC
