Production Manager

SUMMARY:
Production Manager in Thabazimbi Area - Egg Facilities

POSITION INFO:
Working hours will be discussed during interview

Duties & Responsibilities:

• All egg orders regarding packaging / packing
• All planning and in-time deliveries is the responsibility of the line manager
• This includes management of all relevant personnel
• Maintenance - Chicken house / Packing & Sorting facilities
• Cleaning / Hygiene / Bio Security off chickens & eggs
• Stock and Record keeping
• Weekly Reports - House data, egg data (can be adjusted when needed)
• Keep record of all instruction given to staff
• Timesheets
• Staff must be able to rotate to replace others when needed
• Issues must be addressed with your direct manager
• Plan around people shortages
