Production Executive

SUMMARY:
Production Executive required to manage all production processes and teams to ensure and facilitate the optimal production output.

POSITION INFO:

Role and Responsibilities

• Establish deadline for Pre-Production, Raw Materials and Production cut off.
• Critical path adherence from concept to delivery.
• Establish and monitor manufacture ready targets, follow up and report progress, and escalate any problems to the Senior Management.
• Manage and monitor above deadlines by ensuring all Pre-Production requirements are ready on time and all requirements are handed over to factory/supplier on time for production.
• Plan and re-project required CMT capacity for replenishment to fulfil projection.
• Reset process task lines based when required and add buffers.
• Ensuring tracking system is being accurately updated by production team.
• Creating and monitoring reports for visibility to plan production accordingly.
• Liaising and communicating with factories/suppliers/production team with regards to any foreseen challenges that might affect orders/deliveries/etc.
• Facilitating communication between all relevant parties to ensure smooth production process.

Required Skills

• Matric certificate and relevant tertiary qualification.
• Experience in production management within textiles.
• Excellent understanding of production and manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of production processes, leadtimes, and deadlines.
• Proficient in using systems to increase productivity in line with strategic requirements.
