Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Tertiary qualification advantageous
• Must be organised and excellent in time management skills
• Ability to muliti task
• Experience with administrative skills
• Leadership qualities
• Quick learner and self driven
• Excellent computer literacy skills and able to present detailed reports as required
• Assist the factory manager with monthly reporting
• Directly interact and co-ordinate the activities of the production team
• Understand production processes
• Able to drive and achieve deliveries with short lead times, on time in full
• Able to work overtime when required
• Presentable and well spoken with good communication skills and be able to work with different departments within the organization
• Work independently
• Be able to apply research and development techniques for continuous improvement
• Analytical and organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple aspects simultaneously
• This person much have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce meeting minutes timeously and accurately.
• Must be a good communicator, have the ability to organise and analyse data, prepare presentations & track deadlines
